After the build, it keeps working.

Software changes. Tools update. Your business moves. A build that nobody looks after drifts. So everything FreeDAIY builds comes with an after-build relationship, sized to how much of it you want to own yourself.

    What ongoing care means

Two things. First, the build is maintained: monitored, updated when the tools underneath change, and fixed fast if something breaks. Second, your team is helped to run it: coached, reviewed with, and backed by a builder they can call.

It's a monthly membership, not a retainer with a mystery scope. You can change tier as your confidence grows, or stop. There is no lock-in. Everything is documented and yours either way.

Three tiers. Most businesses pick the middle one.

Pricing is set in your proposal, because it depends on what was built. The shape of each tier is the same for everyone.

    Full-service

    We run and maintain it.

For businesses that want the build looked after end to end. We monitor it, keep it current, handle changes, and report back. Your team uses it; we own the running of it.

Best when you have no appetite for owning the operation internally.

    The default

    Capability

You run it. We coach and are on call.

The default, and the one most businesses pick. Your team operates the build day to day. We coach them, review regularly, keep things updated, and are on call when something needs a builder. Your capability grows every month.

Best when you want to end up genuinely in control, with a safety net.

    Light

    Periodic health check and updates.

A scheduled check that everything still works as the tools and your business change, with updates applied. No day to day involvement from us.

Best for a stable build with a confident team behind it.

The membership's name is a working title ("Ongoing care") and will be confirmed before launch. What each tier does will not change.

    Not sure which tier?

Nobody has to decide this before a build. It comes up naturally in the proposal, once we know what we're building and who on your team will run it. Start with the Opportunity Mapping call.
